How Long Will It Take to Receive My Jewellery?

Custom Orders

Once you sign off on the custom design and complete a 50% nonrefundable down-payment on the jewellery, we will complete the order within 4-12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the job and busyness of the season. Add to this time for delivery. In New Zealand, this is generally 1-2 business days (excluding rural areas). Overseas, this can be up to 14 working days. Once you place your order we will email you to confirm the exact manufacturing times. We always strive to complete your work as quickly as possible. We will keep you updated of our progress throughout the design and manufacturing process, and you can contact us at anytime for an update.

Designer Collections

We carry some of our designer collections in store, but some collections and individual items may need to be ordered from the supplier. This can take up to seven business days before we are able to ship your item. If you have questions about the immediate availability of an item, please contact us and we will be happy to determine how long it will take for your item to reach you.

In Stock Items

Many of our items are in stock and ready to be shipped either the same day or next business day. Bear in mind that not all ring sizes are immediately available in stock and may need to be resized to accommodate your order.

We strongly believe in ethical work and employment practices. As a result, whenever possible we invest in fair-trade jewellery as part of our stock range. All of our custom-designed jewellery is fair trade.

Fair trade jewelry refers to jewelry which has been made by artisans who work under safe and humane working conditions and are paid a fair wage for their work. Fair trade jewelry is also made without child labor, and is crafted using environmentally sustainable methods. Whenever possible we work with Earth-friendly, recycled precious metals.
